Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Be returned in their original packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, FURZION will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged:
- Used products.
- Products returned without their original packaging.
- Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened or used.
